About Us

Windy City CPR was founded in 2009 by Karen Kluss of the Chicagoland area.  Karen has been an entrepreneur for many years as both the co-owner of Babysafe Childproofing Services, and  4 Nutrition Data, a Shaklee vitamin and nutrition company.  Her passion to help others and keeping people healthy led her to receiving her CPR instructor license with the American Heart Association, and then starting the business, Windy City CPR.

Windy City CPR offers certification classes for CPR/ AED, CPR/AED and First Aid, and BLS for Healthcare Providers.  We offer classes 6 days a week to fit your busy schedule at our office in Schaumburg.  We also offer on site classes where our instructor will come to your location to teach the class!  Group rates are also available.  Our fun and knowledgeable instructors will teach you all the appropriate techniques necessary for you to leave our class with confidence that you will be able to help a person in need, and save lives!

We meet all the requirements of the American Heart Association including brand new life-like interactive manikins, up to date learning materials, and a fun clean environment! All students will receive their CPR certification card at the end of the class, valid for 2 years.
